Peptides are one of the most talked-about topics in sports medicine, physiotherapy and musculoskeletal healthcare in 2026. Social media is full of claims that peptides can rapidly heal tendon injuries, muscle tears, ligament damage and arthritis. But what does the evidence actually show?
